We are very happy that a friend recommended Braddock Roofing and Restoration. The office responded very quickly after we requested a quote online. Mr. K*** presented several options to choose from so that we could select the plan that best fit our goals and budget. The installation date came sooner than predicted, which was really appreciated because we were experiencing water diversion issues that we hoped to address as soon as possible. Prior to the installation Mr. K*** reviewed the process and mentioned some great interior preparations which we had not even thought of such as relocating fragile items near the ceiling to a safer location since the process can initiate some vibrations. The installation was the smoothest and most organized we have ever experienced. And we have reroofed a home three times. The friendly and experienced crew arrived on time and were very respectful of our property. Mr. R***** arrived first and thoroughly expl***ed the process and what exactly to expect. He also mentioned some safety protocols if we needed to go in out of our house. I did have to exit a couple of times and even though the crew used tarps to funnel the old shingles to cert*** areas in the yard a crew member rushed over to double check the sidewalk to make sure the path was safe. Another thing that really impressed me was that they set up a canopy so that the team could take a break from the searing Texas sun if needed. Mr. K*** visited the site to verify that we were pleased with the progress. The entire process was completed in one day, and since then we've only run across one nail, which is amazing. It may sound silly but each time I pull in the driveway I notice that the new roof really makes our house look great, but most importantly we have been at ease through the storms that have passed over since then. The gutter installation also went smoothly and quickly and blends in well with the eaves. We will definitely use Braddock Roofing and Restoration for our future needs.
