This complaint relates to continued issues with roof/valley leaks on the back side of the home. I hate to do this but problems are not being resolved, and now I'm not getting any response. Post install you guys were out multiple times to 'repair' problems, but it's not working. I know you don't want to be out of pocket more money but that tells me too that a quality repair/replace *** not happen. It's been a nightmare, I'm terrified what's getting damaged every time it rains. Been many nights I've stayed awake to witness what exactly gets wet, and how bad it's going to be this time.. The breaking point? We had no power on the back side of the house nor the kitchen for 12+ hours Thursday 3/9 after the heavy rains. Water got into the wiring on the back porch, under the covered patio causing the lights/ceiling fan and outlets to short out, the paneling under the covered patio has been getting wet/paint starting to peel. It's causing damage to expensive work ($5500) I had done a year ago. Now there also are water spots in the living room ceiling behind the canopy, meaning water is now penetrating through to the inside of my home. Ps., never had any of these issues with my old roof (11-12yrs old). Embarrassing, but I've had a tarp over the section where suspected water is getting in. I did have an emergency repair guy come out to repair the main leak temp yesterday. He says some of the flashing that was used is not only older and in sections, but incorrectly installed (flat with some standing water). Look I appreciate you guys trying and taking care of the flu situation last yr when that occurred and I don't hold you responsible for the furnace motor being damaged. But this leaking and damage to portions of my house need to be repaired, really just redone altogether. After several attempts of your work, I'd like to be comp'd and work with another roofer and inspector to figure out what to do next.Job Cost: $12,045.95 + Gutters $1240 Date of Install 9/26/22Business response

Ms. *******'s complaints are understood and we are working with her to resolve the issues as we speak.
The problem stems from faulty flashing that a previous sub of ours did not install correctly. We have attempted to caulk it previously, but that solution only worked temporarily. The project manager she is working with changed numbers, and she was unable to get a hold of him when she wanted to report an issue. BBB is the one place she felt would reach us, and that is exactly what happened. She has been a great customer and we look forward to resolving the leak issue within the next couple of days.
We will replace the entire flashing run and replace any damaged shingles as necessary. Any interior damage caused by the leak will be replaced at our expense.
