Sundance remodeling came to the house and discussed remodeling needs, took measurements, and photos. They assured me they could take care of my remodeling needs. They never, however, never got back to me with an estimate, and never gave a courtesy call back about the estimate. They completely failed to respond, call, and or follow up. I question the integrity of this company. And honestly I feel like this is a racial issue of serving Black people. Black ****** do not do business with this company.

******,If I could add a pic I would show everyone how you never responded to my text message requesting your email. Yes, I did move on when I got no response. You could reply to my text when confirming your appointment, but now you don't get my texts asking for your email? All of this occurred on June 1. I'm a business owner. In the end, it's not about one's skin color, rather, it's about providing a service. You left a 1-star review because you never checked your text? But you could respond to my text when scheduling your appointment? You're playing with peoples business by not being more thorough before posting this low review. I'll hold your text message for any that will need to see my refutable evidence. I would kindly ask that you request to see the time stamped text and remove this review.

Received a response from Sundance. Apparently company policy is to contact the customer only once. If no contact, just move on. This type of follow up customer response and attitude is unacceptable. And does not reflect best business practices. Most legitimate business would have some type of customer contact system in place to follow up on estimates. Its humorous that you would hide behind a missed text, and decide to not follow up with a call, text, or email on a job where you actually came out to give an estimate. The only other possibility leads me to a different conclusion. If the goal is to provide a service, then why not follow up with several calls. Your competition wouldve called me back to follow up. With this type of attitude, Im glad it didnt work out. Just fyi, your failure to follow up was not only a loss of business to you, but an inconvenience because we had to get additional estimates. Which delayed the start of the project. I had actually decided to go with Sundance because of your reviews. Black Lives Matter, so do Black dollars.

I stand by my service and the people that work for me. Your opinions are very presumptuous about the way a service should be ran. If your project was that serious, you should have shown the common courteous to reply back. I don't hound my potential customers with calls. You and I talked before I left your property, the instruction was simple, I need your email. You agreed. I then texted you. Your project wasn't that big of a deal. You already fired one contractor. I'm ok with not earning your business. What is upsetting is your race card theory. It's good to know you respond to messages now. P.S. I'm happy you can use my platform to help your BLM agenda!
