      Purchased 2 parts from this vendor at a cost of $195.02 on January 3rd 2023. The order # 120529. As of Feb 27th I yet to receive the parts I ordered. They do not return my calls. They said no money would leave my account until the parts shipped. Not true. They took the money out of my account and still no parts. On the 23rd of Feb they sent me a part I never ordered that cost 41.22. Tried emailing this vendor and multiple calls. Still no reply.

      On 11/02/2022 I ordered a ignition switch with keys, the ship was via 2 day didn't receive until 6 days later, then when the package came the part in the package was brake pads set, why I got brake pads instead of an ingnition switch is beyond me. Recived the package on 11/08/2022 have called twice and spoke with the CSR and all the were willing to do was take my name and number and have someone in parts call me back, I've waited 6 hours no call back. This is not a warrenty issue just needing to have the ignition switch sent to me ASAP so that I may get my T-Boss 550 running Thanks **** ******

      We bought a side by side from benche and realized it was shifting gears right. Later we had issues and found that the belt and clutch needed repairs (which weren't covered by our warranty.) Now we've had the side by side in the shop multiple times for the same issue, even though we keep telling them that it's not shifting right which we believe could be a major cause in the clutch and belt burning out. No matter how many times we take the side by side back, it keeps turning into the same issue and the odd shifting is never fixed. Since buying the side by side, it's been in the shop (for the same issue) more than we've had it to enjoy, and since the clutch and belt aren't covered under our warranty it keeps costing us to fix the same issue. For a brand new (2021 model) piece of equipment we feel that we shouldn't be having these issues. I have also called multiple times to figure out the issue (even creating a log, which is attached below) and they give us the run around or simply don't answer the phone.

We purchased the 2021 Bennche Tboss 750 vin# **********0AXXXXX from Wellboro Equipment on April 20 2021. There are many other parts we have repaired on this machine including replacing the decompression pin, rear output shaft, rear axel seal 3 times, ignition coil, shift board/shifting issues, fuel gauge, clutch and clutch belt. I spoke with Craig from SC Autosports about these issues on 07/19/2022 as I was telling him these issues he kept saying yes we found that and fixed them in the shop. To my knowledge there were no recalls on these issues. Craig said he was going to confirm all these issues with Wellsboro Equipment and he has yet to contact them and hasn't returned any of the many calls I have left him. We are now having to pay out of pocket for many of these issues and at this point I would prefer to just receive the money back for this machine and I will purchase a different piece of equipment.       I purchased a battery for an ATV online from this company on 1/22/2022. Oder number: XXX-XXXXXX. I chose next-day shipping. The total for the transaction was $225. I received an email stating that the company received my order. The email directed me to their website for tracking the order. I used the website but the website cannot find the order. One possible reason was that I made the purchase under "guest" rather than with an account. I contacted the company three times to obtain the status of the order. Each time I was told to check the website. I informed the customer service representative that I could not find the order status on their website. She informed me that she would put in a request to have someone get back to me. I have not heard from the company since that time. I am not sure if and when the company will honor the sale and when shipping is expected. I was not informed if the item is on backorder. If the item was on back order, I feel like the company should have informed me of this at the time of purchase so I could seek an alternate seller.

      Placed an online order with parts boss.com which is under Scautosprts and can not get a hold of anyone about the order and I paid for items. The one number I call has a guy tell me someone will get back to me about the issue and no one does. I just want to cancel my order and refund me money. This company seems to be a scam.
