This complaint is over a year because I was told business owner was in treatment for health issues.Following is the last text i sent. I texted at least once a week for a year. "This is ********************************: invoice 85319.$472.50.It has been over a year since i was charged for 3 ******************* bags which i never received.Also, per my credit card company i received no credit on my account.I have a new card number so if you choose in your heart to refund me, you once said you could do a check mailed to my address.Your accountant was mentioned once in a text so i am sure he will find an extra $472.50 in your account.I am sorry that you are having health issues but surely you have someone in your business to assist you.Again, this has been over a year.Date of the original invoice 11/10/2022.Please advise.Thank you." end of text. On 9/29/2022, an order of 82 Ray-ban Stories Wayfarer electronic smart glasses was placed with About the Threads with a payment made of $12,259. About the Threads did not deliver the product and said the order was delayed. This continued for some time and a refund was requested. About the Threads claimed to have issued a refund but it was never made. Attempts to contact About the Threads were not successful.Initial Complaint

I ordered some free people clothing from ********************* with About the threads. Order was placed on 3/3/23. She sent me an invoice for $190 on 3/3, which I paid immediately. I was told the order was running about 4-6 weeks. To date I have not received my order. She has told me she would process the refund via zelle. I never received the refund. I text her constantly, with no response. I've spoken to someone at her number that says they'll give her a message. I've been told the refund was processed, however it never was processed. She used to respond, but now she does not respond. I've called more, but no one answers. I've left a message.
