      I have been purchasing CCTV equipment from A1securitycameras.com for years now and recently I purchased 6 Hikvision DS-2CE57D3T-VPITF 2.8MM 2MP on order #******. Four out of the six cameras are not functioning correctly. The color is pink and the image is stretched vertically. I emailed ****************************************** and ******************* asked for pictures which I have provided back on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 9:42 AM and again Monday, November 27, 2023 11:14 AM. No response from A1securitycameras to this day. You call the customer service number and no one answers. You leave a message and no one returns your call. Horrible service all around. They used to be a much better company.

      Date of Transaction: 6.05.2023 Amount: ******* Order# ****** I was given improper product codes from another source and I purchased several of the wrong items. I discussed the issue immediately with customer service and after several weeks they issued a RMA authorization. After several more weeks and confirmation that the returns had arrived to their warehouse I inquired about my refund. The items had been misplaced on their end but they promised a full refund for my patience. It is now August and still no refund. **************** is non-responsive. The return amounts to approximately $400.

      Good morning. I received this letter in the mail this morning regarding a complaint I filed last week. I have tried to update the complaint but cannot find it on your site.

      The vendor has reached out to me directly to resolve the issue and has now issued the credit to rectify the situation. Please show the complaint as resolved.

      I ordered a security dvr from their website for just over 600 dollars. They charged me said they were shipping it out. I then receive and email stating they would take 1300 dollars for it. I do not participate in bait and switch activities.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/27) */ Good afternoon. We've been affected by an industry microchip shortage making a majority of the products we sell either unavailable or out of stock. For this reason we offered the customer a refund to his order or an option to find a, unfortunately in this case, more expensive alternative from a different manufacturer. However this was not an offer to ship the same product at a higher price. We simply did not have the original model to fulfill the order. I am very sorry for the inconvenience if we could fulfill the order we would absolutely do it.
