My grandmother was one of many patients who has been treated poorly at this facility.During her stay we experienced several incidents. The aides are very rude, do not do their jobs and treat the patients and families very poorly. My family has been with my grandma every day since her initial stay and she still had an awful experience, I can only imagine the neglect patients go through who dont have families able to check in with them.My grandmother had zero assistance during her stay, her sheets were never changed, when asked for new pads the aide stated that we have to be careful with those because they dont have that many.A part of my grandmothers rehabilitation was for her to get up with assistance to use the toilet seat provided, however no one ever came in to help her.During her stay, my mother noticed while assisting in changing her that my grandmothers incision had opened up, my mom pressed for help at 7pm. At 7:20pm no one had came so she went to ask for help herself and was told the nurse was busy. It was 8pm by the time she got help and it was only because she had to keep getting up and asking practically begging for help. The reason this was never seen was because the nurses were neglectful and were not changing her at all.When my grandmother left she was dehydrated, her kidney levels were very high. She had retained so much urine that they had to put a catheter to release it. The hospital immediately started her on IV fluids and antibiotics. Her health declined drastically within 1 week of being at this awful facility. She should be home by now but unfortunately is back at the hospital due to the lack of care, this place is awful, they are negligent and do not care about any of their patients.My mom emailed ********* and till this day has not received a response. Not only did my grandmother receive poor treatment but so did we, we have not received an email back or a call back regarding her stay. They have zero compassion or remorse.
