The company is closed (apparently), the agent that sold the panels to me does not work there anymore and I'm still paying for the service. I would like to get a refund or a different kind of settlement regarding the lack of communication from the company and productivity from the solar panels (I'm paying way more than what I used to) and I'm not saving money. I'm also missing a tax credit from this business.

System is producing with no issues, you have interconnection approved since installation and tax credit you apply for with your taxes, we dont handle that part for you which we know was discussed.

      Thank you.

Date of transaction 11/26/23 Loan amount $68,860.03 Corenerg promised to provide us with a solar system, and connect the system to city utilities, in order to be part of the solar buy back program. There was supposed to be a tax credit after activation where we would lower the monthly cost. They have not activated our system, nor have they submitted the necessary papers to ***********, ** city utilities, that would enable ** to be hooked to the power grid. We also have not received our credit - The interconnection document outlines the terms and conditions of how your solar system will be connected to the electrical grid operated by **** Utilities. It serves as an agreement that defines the technical and operational aspects of this connection.- Within the interconnection document, you may find details such as:- Technical specifications for your solar system's connection to the grid.- Safety measures to ensure that your system operates in compliance with local regulations.- Procedures for how excess electricity generated by your solar panels will be fed back into the grid.- Information about how credits will be applied to your utility account for the surplus energy you generate.

The application for PTO has been submitted and I have attached a copy of the application with a date in it if 12/6/23. We submit these before we start installation and being that we are out of state we got some miss information from one of the reps and was told everything had to be mailed in which we did and they said they never got it. Then a supervisor said we could email it to them which we did. Interconnection is standard and PTO is just permission to operate the solar panels. The banks dont start charging customers for 2-3 months because they know that the interconnection and pto process can take a little while to get finalized. Were not the only company doing installs and they are limited on staff then the weather has been bad so they are slow and behind. We cant control how fast they act but again thats why there is a 2 month allowance for these things. Also with the Tax credits were not the *** and we are not allowed to file your taxes for you or take your tax credit. The tax credit is for the owner of the solar ****** which is you the customer. There is a simple *** Form 5695 that you fill in with total of your solar system cost and turn that in to your CPA or tax person. You were installed and sold the system in 2023 so you can still use it for this current tax return. If you need help with the form please email me at ********************************** or **************** my cell is also ************ and you can text or call me anytime. I get alot of phone calls and if the number isnt none then it sometimes gets blocked as spam, texting will ensure you reach me. My name is ***************************** and Im happy to help you in anyway and I can assure you that your process is normal and its just a 1/2 month project that has to be done in certain order.

I have responded to the customer and explained the interconnection application process can take 1-3 months and the banks do not charge her a payment during this time frame becuase it is known that the process takes a little longer in some places. We have filed the application as of 12.6.23 and we do so with all of our customers ahead of install but we had some missinformation from someone at their offices and was told to mail in the paperwork which has never been done before but we did it anyways. They said they couldnt find it and we proved it was delivered so they allowed us to email in the forms for her. Her system is being finished up next week and then there will be an inspection by the interconnection or electrical company and then they will issue PTO (permission to operate) and at that time the solar can be turned on. As far as the Tax credit goes we are not allowed to file that on the customers behalf that has to be done at the same time as they file their end of year tax returns and they just include the tax form 5695 which I sent the customer and attached here as well and they give it to their tax person and its handled then. We don't get any money given to us to provide to the customers what so ever. One last thing we are not the company that sold them the system all we are is a subcontracted company that provides the installation for the other companies that sale the systems and give the customers the information. The company she needs to file complaints on or ask questions to is called EnerG, LLC or EON Solar @ ********************* or ************ or ************* or ************************************************ [email protected], These are the same companies and literally different names only.
