  City Futsal has been a nuisance to all the residential people around its facility for over 4 years. They repeatedly blast music on a PA system under a tin awning that stands on concrete. Theyve had multiple instances of cops being called bc of their noise violations and many people have contacted the facility directly only to find that they rent out the space without rules about the music and microphone levels. To make matters worse, they rent the space with no one there to enforce their rules and no phone number that can be reached when problems arise. They are surrounded by hundreds, if not thousands of residential apartment complexes and condominiums in a densely populated city center. I have many videos and audio recordings of their insanely loud sound that can be heard inside my home with no way to escape it. They also frequently let people kick soccer ***** into the walls of the tin awning that are so startling, they cause people in their homes to jump bc they assuming its a hard accident or gun shots. Ive tried to contact the city on 4 different occasions and its never more than a visit from a patrol officers to ask them to turn the music down, then its right back to the same thing the next day. Im writing this at 7:43am on a Saturday and they have been blasting trance/techno music since 6:50am. I have called the cops who have yet to make it over there because the location is hard to get to. Something needs to be done about this business. I know countless people that have left their homes over the past 4 years because they cant have any peace in their homes bc of this disrespectful soccer complex that has destroyed our peaceful farmers market. They are within feet of peoples homes and blast them out at all hours of the day with no way to be reached and no recourse for the people they rent the space to.
