      I purchased coins from Silver.com, and waited but never received them. I used the USPS tracking and it shows there may be a delay in delivery and that the items were never confirmed delivered. I never received them. This transaction happened on 3/9/2022. They had me open a police report. I jumped every hoop they asked, but they still will not refund me saying they are investigating. I asked them for their service agent to do a Small Claims in writing, they said server their email address. Please help me get a refund, and if for whatever reason I am unable to, provide me with a Service Agent so I can start a Small Claim.

We haven't received back yet, once we do we can proceed with approving the claim. I sent in the form they requested within 48 hours of them sending it to me. The company refuses to give me their Service Agent so I can initiate a small claim. The letter is threatening, but I never received the item, so I am looking to go to court. I stand by never receiving it. This is not a big purchase for me, and I would not risk fraud, or committing a crime over $340. I close the claim. They sent me a replacement, which after all we went through, was left at my door without signature required. It was there when I got home. It is resolved.

      I mailed a check to them for order number S-XXXXXXX in the amount of $ 262.72. The check cleared my bank but I have not received my items (which were 3 - 1 gram of Valcambi Bars. The package was shipped by USPS on the 16th of March. However the package has no more updated information. The tracking number is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I called Silver and was told that it would take over 30+ days before any information would be made. I just want my money back and Silver can have the package re-routed back to them. I feel that over 30+ days in unacceptable.

      I ordered a shipment from Silver.com 2-4-2022 and paid by check in the amount of $1,907.91. I received notice that order had shipped 2-17-22 through the USPS with tracking number # **********************. I checked the tracking and it showed movement until 2-21-22, kept saying that package will arrive later than expected but still on its way. With many shipments delayed these days, I didn't get too worried at first. I reached out to silver.com on 3-4-22, 3-8-22, and 3-9-22 and submitted a claim. They sent email stating that insurance company wouldn't cover claim due to late reporting. Now they just ignore any further communication that I have sent. Their website states the following, "Every order we ship is covered by our in-house insurance policy. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to recover the package or exchange damaged product(s), and failing that, will file an insurance claim in order to provide replacement product(s) or a full refund. Please note, our insurance policy only covers in-transit orders, and coverage ceases upon good delivery of the package (defined as a notice of signature or delivery from the carrier). See our Terms of Use for full details. Well apparently in the terms of use you only have 7 days within the last tracking scan to report this to them! This is so misleading and upsetting. Then I filed a claim with the USPS on 3-9-22 and they stated that they will only refund me $107.47, I'm waiting on their official letter to file an appeal. I feel that I was taken for a ride by silver.com and USPS!

      I transacted with Silver.com on 2-24-2022 to deliver 750 silver rounds for a price of $21,405. I paid through Paypal and was assured my order would ship promptly. Several days later after receiving payment in full I received a call telling me my order would not be fulfilled because of a balance owing of over $3000 from a previous order I made which I immediately called and canceled. I called and asked for a refund and reminded the lady of my canceling my order and I owed no balance. She apologized and said a refund would be issued on 3-3-2022. No refund has been issued. I contacted Paypal and also complained. I want my money or the silver I purchased. Others should know buyer beware.
