I've been buying bullion from these guys the past few years and have never had any issues and the quality is always fine... The only issue I've incurred of late was a request I had pertaining to my payment methods and removing credit cards from the account and narrowing it down to one card. I received word back that it could not be done until all the orders are in completed status and it's been a few weeks at this point.Review from Christine B

I have been using your service since 2015, I have only had two orders that came up missing, I only called silver.com on one of the orders, but have lost 5 ounces of silver through the mail. I consider that good since all the pandemic issues. I love silver.com, majority of my orders are from silver.com, but I sometimes find other items on jmbullion, and I order my numismatic coins from 7k Metals for the Miles Standish coins of which I love. I refer friends to silver.com for the best deal, because shipping has not gone up dramatically like the others at this time. I will be buying again soon.Review from Terry U

Second and last time I order from them. Missing Items in my recent shipment. Sent them pictures as requested damaged box. They tell me they reviewed their process and wont show me any documentation. Video or shipping weight leaving facility. No assistance other than we reviewed our process and wish you the best. Glad I purchased with a Business Credit Card, they are covering my loss and will hopefully get their money back. Customer service is unresponsive to any of my additional emails. Company I would not do business with!!
