On October 22, 2023, I contracted with **** ********************** to complete plans for flatwork at my home as required by the city of ******* Mr. ********************** came to my home to view the project site, and represented himself as a Practicing Engineer, licensed to practice in the **************. Mr. ********************** and an assistant completed engineering drawings on November 7, ****. I submitted those drawings to the **************'s building department, which, after review, rejected them, stating: "************* sealed and signed structural notes reference the incorrect code cycle. Please have it revised to reference the 2021 IRC. . .All construction and engineering shall meet or exceed 2021 IRC, 2023 *** and 2021 IECC energy code standards and ************** zoning etc." I contacted Mr. ********************** on January 23, ****, to inform him of the situation, and he asked me to forward the notes form the city, so he could "find out what is required." I have not heard from him since, and he has not responded to text messages or emails.Customer response

The business responded to me this evening, and provided the updated drawings requested. At this time, the company has fulfilled all obligations, and this case should be closed successfully. Thank you.
