I ordered 4 sets of Designer Touch Blinds item #****** from David at ************ and he sent me the right blinds. I asked the seller on Ebay if he could sell me 3 dozen blinds and he agreed to a price of $742.00 including tax and shipping. David sent me Home Depot 3rd party blinds made in Vietnam instead. I proceeded and filed a Paypal claim and Paypal will send me back my $742.00 from Ebay Commerce but on only one condition I would have to ship the remaining blinds back to David. I called David once I looked up the company on google.com and asked David to send me a prepaid shipping label through Ebay and he said he would then lied and said Ebay wouldn't allow him to. Tobay on 7-29-2022 I sent David back the blinds and it cost me $115.54 for shipping. I am asking David to pay me a check for the balance due of $115.54 to cover my shipping back to him as this money came out my pocket of $742.00. If I have to, I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and attorney general as David told me to get lost and to never call him again. I need my funds back and could have avoided this issue only if David had done the right order and not sent out the wrong blinds he knew wouldn't work. He knew the blinds were the wrong sizes and wrong item number and did this on purpose to make money. My resolution is to have David write me a check for the remaining balance of $154.54
