The UPS store confirmed (I been speaking with the manager Gabirel Woulbroun) that a USPS representative picked the package up (they have it on camera) that day. When you look at the tracking status, however, it seems the package has somehow been lost in transit. I have looked into getting help from USPS but they also said they cannot help me, because the tracking status indicates the product has never moved. The way I see it is that I did everything I was asked to do, and the problem would not be a problem if they didn't send me a non-working phone in the first place. I request a full refund for my purchase, that is all I am after.
