            I was looking for a Dr online and this website came up for an OnCallDoc so I figured, this sounds great maybe Ill try this out. I thought you had to video a Dr and actually see them to get a prescription, but not this place. That shouldve been my first red flag. Anyways, I paid $39.99 on 6/21/24 which was 3 days ago. The pharmacy told me that they legally cannot do what theyre doing here and they even asked the pharmacy to just find someone else to sign off on it. They said that is telling us to break the law and we told them to refund you but theyre breaking Kansas State Laws with what theyre doing. I have yet to get a refund. *** tried to get them to call me, they wont, on their website they keep claiming theyre working on it, THEY CANT! It is the Law here. They refuse to issue my refund, so I am going to my bank tomorrow and handling this. They will not scam me. I will take my business elsewhere and it seems they have a lot of complaints. I wish I had done my research but I will surely spread the word. This is NOT right. I dont know how they continue to get away with this. Again they were asking the pharmacy to do things that they know are not legal. This place needs to be shut down.

            I was desperate to get COVID medicine for my son on the day of his positive test result. We uploaded all the information, including full-body photo, driver's license photo (front and back) and credit card number. The site said it was processing the order and had completed it, but when I got to the pharmacy, they had never heard of me. I have never been so anguished in all my life, and apparently there is no recourse. My bank put a challenge on the $50 charge, which has not been resolved, and my husband and I changed our debit/credit card numbers, which will lead to myriad auto-charge issues. I believe this is a scam site. I see it is not accredited by the BBB and has a B- rating. I recommend changing that to an F and warning people to stay away. NO STARS, but I think it's going to make me leave one, against my better judgment.
