I was desperate to get COVID medicine for my son on the day of his positive test result. We uploaded all the information, including full-body photo, driver's license photo (front and back) and credit card number. The site said it was processing the order and had completed it, but when I got to the pharmacy, they had never heard of me. I have never been so anguished in all my life, and apparently there is no recourse. My bank put a challenge on the $50 charge, which has not been resolved, and my husband and I changed our debit/credit card numbers, which will lead to myriad auto-charge issues. I believe this is a scam site. I see it is not accredited by the BBB and has a B- rating. I recommend changing that to an F and warning people to stay away. NO STARS, but I think it's going to make me leave one, against my better judgment.Review from Brenton C

They took my money. I did what they asked including sending a copy of my bottle for the same script. . You dont even talk to anyone. They charged me fifty dollars for nothing. Its a scam!Review from mark r

One referral for a thyroid ultrasound worked, but another for bloodwork was denied at the Labcorp location that CallOnDoc recommended. The tech informed me that the referral would not work there or anywhere else, because the referring doctor was outside of NY. I have asked for a refund multiple times, but CallOnDoc support just keeps delaying and weeks later, nothing has been done. This is a SCAM. Being a *** resident CallOnDoc should never have accepted an order for labwork they knew was legally impossible for me to have collected, no matter where I went.Review from Kim R

Ive been an avid subscriber to CALLONDOC for a few years, however I cancelled my subscription back in September of 2023. They clearly showed it was cancelled on September 30,2023. But they still went ahead and continued to charge my credit card for October. I have made repeated attempts to get them to refund it to no avail. Ill never use them again or recommend them to others.Review from Wayne S

Tried to get a prescription setup for my insulin. Initial response was fairly quick asking if I wanted to get an A1C for an additional fee. Told them no so they asked for pharmacy information which I had already provided. Then was told that pharmacy didn't have my original prescription so I gave them my previous pharmacy. That initial day went by with no prescription. Asked the following morning what was going on and they told me they were waiting on the provider, which I assume is the doctor. No response for a few hours, I ask again and they say it's being escalated to a supervisor. Few hours later, still no response and it's getting close to my pharmacy closing. At this point i'm told they don't like to prescribe without an A1C which I had declined the previous day but they're still waiting on the supervisor. At this point I lost another day so I cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! At first glance seems legit. However, once I had issues trying to get them to send an appropriately written prescription back to the pharmacy they ignored me for over 12 hours. It has still not been fixed. If you call them you only get an answering service.There is no way to leave a ****** review. Or FB review. Try to click on those on their website and you'll see they are just fake images.Save your ******************'t use this site. It is not legit nor professional.Review from Matthew D

I feel like a completely suckered person. Hopefully, this will help someone considering callondoc. I submitted all the required paperwork to get a simple antibiotic. They quickly took my 59 dollars and said it would be about 2 hours for turn around time. Very easy to give them money. The problem is when it comes to executing a prescription. It has been over 19 hours, I can't even access my visit. I have no prescription. I messaged them and it took them more than 16 hours to respond to it. As I write this my reality is that I am out fo $59. I have no prescription called in and have no idea when if ever it will be called in. There is no way to verify that it will be called in because there is no one working in the customer service department. Would love to ask for a refund, but there is no where to ask for someone. I am smarter than this usually. I was just in a panic. Do not be like me, a sucker. Go to your local walk-in clinic.Review from Augustus F

I incorrectly submitted an order about on January 4th. As soon as I submitted it, I asked for a cancellation.I still haven't heard anything back, and it has been 5 days. They don't have any customer service at all, and I have followed up as well.
