I bought size 18 inch rims and tires on 5/7/24 before purchasing them I ask if it could be did on the day of not I didnt want it (*****) which I guess is the manager reassured me that it would be done that day he order the rims and they will be delivered around 3 so I returned around 4 and was told they hadnt came . Then he came back after getting off the phone and was told that they wouldnt be ready until tomorrow due to them having to drill the rims which I was never told about it before purchasing and ( ***** ) stated he knew nothing about it that they never told him that when he call to order them so I ask for my refund back and he stated ok he could do that.. Then he went inside got on the phone and come back stating he couldnt give me back my money because they already started drilling on the rims . Which I stated that has nothing to do with me and would like my refund back and still stated he couldnt do that because they were charging me for them since they already starting drilling on the rims and going back and forth for about a hour he offered some other bigger rims that I didnt want but went ahead on and agreed to them since he wouldnt give me my money back . I had to wait a hour for those to be delivered then he tired to put different type of tires on my car and I told him no I paid for new tires and I want all of the some tires and then stated he didnt 4 of the some tires there but he order them and they would be there in the morning and that I can come by in the morning and they would change them out so I get there the next morning no tires and then states that they havent made it mad that they will be there later around 3 I also let him know that my tires werent balanced and he stated that when I come back and they change out tires that he would have them to balance them I call to see if they were there and was told they werent and that they didnt have the tires in stock that he had two other brand tires the he could give me I said no I want all 4 some brand tire like we agreed on he that started getting loud and stating that he wasnt going to change my tires nor balance them out which is what I paid for
