  This company dragged a car out of my gate . The car was half in and out my gate with my gate open. I own the bussiness it was towed from I did not authorize the tow and its tagged. I have contacted and the beginning of a lawsuit against this company. Because now the trans is s**** up and parts missing out of car . Because the car had ***** dollar turbo kit in it .

  DO NOT USE H4 their drivers dont have insurance on their trucks and one of the drivers DROVE ONTOP OF MY VEHICLE TOTALING IT AND ARE REFUSING TO PAY THE DAMAGES

  My cousins whom lives in the same resident shes always lived in she came out in the morning only to find her car not there which resulted in her being late to her job! It is extremely disgusting how this company is abusing and taking advantage of people who are working civilians. They need to do better look at the tags, not to mention when she received her vehicle back she had a scratch on her side of her door which was CLEARLY VISIBLE yet sat there and DENIED HER CLAIM? This company shouldnt even be in business the way they conduct

  H4 Towing is nothing but a money-hungry scam. They towed my car from my apartment complex even though I have lived there for over a year and have had the same car for months. They patrol every night and have never touched my car beforeuntil now.I have proof that my car is registered on my lease, yet they still towed it with no valid reason. To make matters worse, they left circular marks on my trunk from their towing equipment. When I confronted them about the damage, they completely denied my claim instead of taking responsibility.This company preys on people to make a quick ***** If you see them towing in your area, be carefultheyll take your car without cause and then refuse to own up to any damage they cause. Absolutely terrible business.

  ****************. Should be shut down IMMEDIATELY . I have lived at my apartments for a year i park my car there EVERYNIGHT. I make sure anyone who comes over signs their car up. I signed my car up the day i received the link. I park my car everynight never thinking i would get towed till all of a sudden this crooked company had nothing better to do & could not find any other car to tow so they towed mine. When my neighbor yelled and said hey they asked if it was her car she said no let me get whose car it is right now the guy laughed and said im still going to tow it(Very rudely)I have screenshots of my car ON MY LEASE. When going to pick up my car it was 320$ keep in mind i was FOLLOWING THE *** TRUCK THERE MY CAR DID NOT SIT IN A LOT. (had to get on my app and track my car because when calling they continued to say they had no record of my car). The lady helping me get my car from this lot seen screenshots of my car on my lease and agreed this wasnt right. They seem to do this frequently to sooooo many people!! Im so blessed to be able to pay this with no problem however not many people are. Its so crooked & selfish. This company is so unprofessional & needs to be shut down.

  They scammed me. I know for a fact I registered my car but because I didn't take a screen shot of the receipt they say they can't help me. I saw the date and time when in a small website window but when I clicked on the windows all the I formation erased. So I have to not just register everytime but I have to screenshot it just to challenge them from scamming me?

  They towed my car WITH MY DOG IN IT. I was dropping a gift off for a friend, didnt see any signs about parking. I was inside maybe 15 minutes. They then put me on hold when I tried to call and told me they had no record of towing my car. I finally got a call from the police to come get my dog after they called all my emergency contacts before calling me. The police gave me an hour to meet them or they threatened to take my dog to an animal shelter. It was such a horrible experience and cannot say enough how horrible of a company H4 towing is and the *** who towed my car. What a bunch of predatory idiots.

  The temp tags on my brand new car expired so I put on the new plate. H4 towing STOLE my car 2 hours later. The car is registered to my apartment address there is NO excuse to allow this type of theft in *******. They have the nerve to STEAL your car then charge you $320 to get it back. There is NO reason this company cannot just post a 24hr notice on the car. They are ********************

  These people are thieves. I tried to register my daughter's car but I got a message saying it was too early to register. I go inside cook and was about to get ready for bed when I realised I need to register the car. I go outside and the car was gone.. They took the car within 10 to 15 minutes of the pass expiring, which meant that guy was sitting and waiting. Then after only having my daughter's car for less than an hour they wanted me to pay them $321.00. That alone is extortion. The next day my neighbors came and told me they video taped the tow driver not only take the car, but the tow truck driver slim jimmed the window and was going through the car looking for something valuable to steal. He found nothing. It's already bad enough I got robbed with the car being towed but also rob the car of valuables too? This place and places like it are predatory businesses without any ethics and their employees are immoral opportunist.
