              Very poor customer service. I ordered a product as a Christmas present for my kids. Unfortunately it was not the right size enclosure net. I contacted the company about returning or exchanging the item. I had to send them an email as they do not list any phone number to contact the customer service department. I received a reply that I could not return the items as it was over the 30 day return window. Item was ordered on Nov 15 as a Christmas present so it was 10 days over the time window. I explained the situation by email and asked for a phone call to discuss multiple times but they would not even take the time to make the call. I just continued to receive emails stating the would not return the product. I can understand if this was months later or even an additional 30 days later but it was 10 days and I had to order early enough to arrive before Christmas. Will never do business with this company ever again!
