My husband and I went to a travel show for Royal Palms ****** Inc. on Saturday, April 25, 2009, The travel club was ******* ****** Club. We stupidly and under pressure agreed to join. On Monday, we faxed a letter to Arnulso V******, Manager and Adam M******, Sales requesting that they not process the Mastercard charge. I requested in the letter: "Please cancel the membership for ******* and **** *******. I believe the membership number is RPT ****. I am also requesting that you not submit the Mastercard charge." They did not refund the funds, but we specifically told them we would not be using the club or their services. That was 13 years ago and now we are receiving mail stating that annual dues are due on April of each year. This is the first correspondence we have received. The letter is from ******* ****** Center, ************, **********, IL *****. They said they have called and emailed but I have not received calls or emails unless they went to junk mail and spam calls. I don't have the original documents and only have a soft copy of the letter I sent on my computer. I will try to attach their current letter and Statement. This is the third letter I have received. I believe I got on in April, May and June 2022.
