      I ordered some rims 11 weeks ago and sent a deposit for $1500 which they told me I would have my wheels 4 to 6 weeks the latest now they telling me it can take up to 8 months I just want my money back and they said no

      I purchased a set of rims and tires from the merchant the rims that were giving to me did not fit my vehicle i was then told by the merchant they would order me a new set but it would have to be made i was giving a 2 month time ************ how been 9 months i never recieved my rims nor tires i paid over 8K and no one returns my calls or they always tell me the owner is away. At this point i would like a full refund because i was never given what was promised by the merchant.

      May ************************************************************** refund us back the money for them . The rim was sold to ** cracked now we have the air some brand new tires 2 times a day . They no refund policy is basically a slap in the face that they dont care about fixing what they sell !

      I purchased some 22" rims for my nice black benz. They put them on an They looked really nice. I left and my sterning wheel Start shaking I took the rims and wheels to a different shop to get them checked and did a row test on them and the guy informed me that the tires were bad. I went back to Omar shop to inform him they put it on the test an rebalanced and all 4 came back bad. The guy that was working there told me that the wheels were bent I only had them for 2 weeks and informed him that I barely even drove the car and the tires were bad because I did the road test at a different shop. The guy that was working there told me he could sell me for new tires at cost. I told him why would I do that when I had the rims less than 2 weeks. I told the guy that was working there put it all in writing so I can have it he told me that they don't do that period I told the guy that was working there put it all in writing so I can have it he told me that they don't do that. I was really upset about the whole ordeal because I had bought so many rims from the shop before and I feel like they didn't address the problem at hand.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/03) */ We are a company in business for 15+ years and have always made it our number one rule to make our customers happy and satisfied. Faulty tires are a result of faulty wheels and with this being said once the wheels and tires are purchased, we mount the new tires if purchased together or the customer's original-same sized tires on to the wheels, air up the tires to the proper air pressure as indicated on the tire and place them on a road force balance machine that will balance the wheels for a smooth drive or alert us of a faulty wheel or tire. When customers have any issues we try to come to a solution that best suits both parties, however we can only do so much even with a customer who is giving us a hard time to come to an agreement, as to where insults and threats to our workers were made. We are in all our right to refuse service when we deal with customers like this, however, in this case we tried to offer this customer 4 new tires at cost meaning we were not profiting any money but the customer refused and left the store.

      Purchased 2 NEW tires "Lexani XXX XX XX" from Omar's Wheel and Tire $822, late 2020 or early 2021. The belts in the tires busted defective. Returned to Omar's with receipt, to get replacement tires under warranty. Was told the warranty may take awhile, and they removed the tires from my rims, and sent off for warranty exchange. I returned within the week, and they didn't have an answer of the warranty yet. It was in the timeframe of COVID and the supply chain shortage. I returned weekly or called the business with no results while I was working out of town. The next trip to the shop, Jose and Jesus was a direct contact and they said the warranty was approved for my tires, but still haven't received them. I requested to speak to a manager several times, and kept being told my warranty was approved, but the distributor has no replacements yet. Given the COVID issues and supply chain shortages, I stopped driving over to the shop, and called to get status, and kept getting the run around. This went on for over a year, going on 2 years. My last deployment on my job in April 2022 kept me out of town up to August 2022. Went to the shop again 8/24/22 to ask Jesus and Jose where is my tires, same answer, they haven't come yet. I asked for manager again, and Yousif stepped in promised he would handle it for me. I heard nothing until I texted Yousif 8/30/22. He responded with they have 1 tire, but will cost me $100. I debated why am I being charged again for an approved warranty on a bad tires? I decided as long as it was new, like I purchased, I'll get this over with even though it was 2 tires that I was owed. I reminded Yousif that it should be NEW, not USED. I picked up 1 tire, got home and realized it was USED tire dated 26th week of 2020. He slapped a sticker on the tire thinking I would not know the difference. I let Yousif know that action will be sought. My original purchase $822, and $100 8/30, total $922 that I want refunded back to me from defective and used tires.

      Good afternoon, American First finance and Omar's Tire and Wheel. [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] General Customer Service: XXX-XXX-XXXX My name is ******* ****** and I hope all is well. I am owner of Account Number: X-XXXXXXX-X with American First finance and I am a customer of Omar's tire whom I used the account listed to purchase items for my classic vehicle. This email is Concerning my damaged Lug and being able to remove my rim for maintenance at Omar's tire and their refusal to acknowledge or so accommodate me in fixing there error. The lug was installed on to tightly by Omar's Tire shop staff on Purchase. Currently Omar's tire shop wanted me to go to 2 other shops that they are cordial with and pay out of my own pocket to have their mistake fixed. Currently I refuse and did that time refuse to pay to have this fix as its warranted by Omar's tire shop who still refuses to fix this lug and rim issue as of 7-15-2022 In this correspondence I wish to request and report the following: 1. Acknowledge me coming to complain 2x -4x times and asking Manager Juan and Owner Omar's Brother to fix issue with lug. I was denied and both refused to further more talk or remedy this issue. I felt and feel still unheard. 2. Refusal to Fix this issue. Juan manager. Manager that Juan manager called Omar's Brother that works at bucker Omar's tire shop. 3. To fix lug on site at store concerning this issue. They did acknowledge verbally that Omar's made a mistake of putting the lug on too tight. 4. Offer a remedy or mediation. 5. Acknowledge they told me to go to their friend's muffler called Gers Brake Service to have Rim removed. Below is the address the manager was Latina Women who was helpful but stated I need to make Omar's warranty there work and it would be XX-XXX to fix their egregious issue. She will validate that I was at "gers" muffler and at Omar's Tire and wheel. I was told to go to gers (muffler shop) by

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/09/12) */ As of July 21, 2022, the customer and Omar had agreed he would stop by during the weekend to fix any issues he was experiencing. Unfortunately, up to date we have not heard from Mr. ****** or seen him stop by. This is a matter that can be fixed on the same day which was emphasized to him, however, we can only help as much as the customer lets us help. We are willing to still fix any issues, but do require him to physically step in to the store so that we can have any issues resolved.
