May 12 I bought a car which the guy said it was perfect and was going for 3400 the total came out to 4000. My complain is that's he is not trying to give me a refund because he doesn't want to fix the wheel alignment. We took it to a dealer and they informed us the suspensions are messed up and had no right to sell. I went to him. May 14 and he said he couldn't do nothingBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/06/07) */ The customer doesn't have the right to make a complaint according to his contract He purchased the car as is no guarantee no warranty with this cheap price We have all paperwork that provide he purchased dates as is is on the same time he brought his own mechanic to diagnose the car his own mechanic mention to him this car needs one and two he excepted the price he excepted the deal in the same time we offered him extended warranty with the additional fee he rejected to purchase the additional warranty In that time we let him sign a paper warrantee waiver and service waiver both of these paper to guarantee he waived the right to purchase or to have any kind of warranty or service we can submit every single evidence upon request However for more information you're more than welcome to contact us Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/06/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) So when coming to the place I was going to buy one car but he informed me that it wasn't good. When asking him me and my dad ask him can we take it to a mechanic shop his words was the car works perfectly fine. When driving it the the houses my dad said why is the steering where's like this. Took it to get a wheel alignment. The mechanic said the car is bad but it will cost more to fix it then h paid for. I come back to ask him for a 1000 back he stated the car is already bought and I have the contract.. then he stated I can leave the car with him and have his mechanic fix on it but I will have to pay more. Hear below I have several receipts on the car being fixed. The car died on my several times. Even today all I ask him for is funds for selling me a bad car. Went to look at reviews and exactly what I read is the same way I got done wrong. Please fix this issue..Initial Complaint

September 24 2021, I had a payment due, I wasn't able to make that payment, when they contacted me about the payment I told them I was still waiting to pay because I had to catch up on all of my bills due to missing work because of COVID and also because the car needed some repairs. They said they asked for my address and said they could get it towed and fix it, I declined and told them I would take care of it. They said I had to give a definite day of when I would make a payment, we agreed on October 1. On September 31, sometime in the middle of the night they had my car towed and damaged property. When I contacted them they said the car was taken for not paying, later I was told it wasn't a repo, they took the car to fix it, even though I didn't give permission to take the car to be fixed. I was told the price to fix would then be added to my payments. The mechanic included things that were already messed up with the car when I got it. I had to surrender the vehicle due to the cost.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/12/04) */ Dear Sir/Madam Kindly for the case no:BBB CASE#: ******** Customer name ******* ****** ***** her address **** *************** ******, TX ****** her phone No: ************ according to her contract she was financing a car 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee ViN:***************** she was making her payment always on time till September she just disappear and stopped paying her car note and she stopped answering only she informed us she had an accident and she does not have insurance so we tried to call her so many times she kept ignoring our call and kept making new excuse every time However we had to repo the car back after almost one month for no payment and insurance then we called her we offered her to give her the car bake but she had to pay the wrest of the payment pulse the fixing cost she kept yelling and saying a bad thing's till now the car costed almost 2500 to be fixed and then she disappear I have attached part of the contract to provide we have the full wright to repo the car if the customer stopped paying or if there's no insurance if you need more paper please let us know Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/12/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They are not giving correct information of what happened. Also when I contacted the business on December 7, 2021 they still refused to give me information that I asked for. She used to have an accident for the car and we ask her about her car insurance and she didn't provide us anything till this is moment and we have the right to repo the car if there is no car insurance we tried to call her so many time to fix the issue as soon as we can she didn't answer the calls and she's top response for the messages as well . As a dealer we sent her all the paper by mail And we do have the evidence for that usually we would love to keep communicate with the customer as much as we can to solve and sort out the problem before we escalate anything but unfortunately we do our best and we cannot sort out anything with her situation she signed all the papers and the contract by herselfInitial Complaint

I, ********* ******** made a payment through Cashapp on a lease in regards to a 2001 Mercury Sable with said High Beam Auto on 9/11/21. I was told at the sign of lease that I could make payments through Vinmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Check, or Cash. I've opted for cash numerous times and have used zelle and cashapp on occasion. This particular time I cannot make it in to make a cash payment so I opt for cashapp. I've sent money to high beam auto throught cash app before with no problem but in this particular case high beam auto wants me to cover their cash out cost. Which I am not liable for. After a phone call Victor of High beam auto proceeds to 'amend' the leasing contract saying he can not take cashapp suddenly and he will refund my payment but I am still liable for late fees although I payed my correct amount on time and with sufficient time left in the day for processing.
