            On July 25th 2023 the vehicle R&B financed me was impounded by ATK ***************** in **********, ** and then on 27th or 28th of July R&B finance *** recovered the vehicle and shipped it back to their service center. I kept calling and asking for the vehicle to be returned to me and they couldn't give me answers if they intend to return it to me or not. Also all my battery and electrical tools and personal property were taken from the car. Also I've had paid an addition over $1,000 for repairs and I only owed about $200 remaining for repairs and labor. Also everytime I paid the repairs they kept the balance the same. I don't know if the employees are scheming on clients or costumers behind companies back or the whole company and owner is. So far I only spoke with 2 employees from R&B finance co "************ and ******************Also the last paymen I made was on 7/26/23 and the remaining balance was $6,038. They financed the car for $12k and an additional $800 down payment. And also they kept majority of my receipts and paper work that I left inside the car.

            On June 2nd I bought a blue 2007 **** fusion from this place and the same day I had an issue where my check engine light came on so I went to auto zone so they can see what the problem was I took it back that Saturday and it was still a problem then I let someone else look at it but they advised me to go back to the place to get the fluid level to normal. I still was having issues. Then on last Wednesday after going to see my mama in the hospital my car broke down the highway heading home I need to know what can your company do.
