On July 27, 2023, I reached out to FG Services repair ***** and started the process of having my ******* Watch repaired. I included pictures of my original watch in the body of my repair request to FG Services. This request generated repair number RP775222US and my repair request was for a replacement crystal **** cover because my watch was getting condensation on the inside. I then securely packaged my watch in a box, and I shipped it by way of *** directly to FG Services (*** Tracking # 1ZR09Y140304747630). On August 10, 2023 (exactly 2 weeks later), I received a quote from FG Sercives by way of email for ****** dollars with a line item list of parts required to repair my watch, and being that my watch did not require anything other than a replacement cover, I declined the repair quote and I waited for my original watch to be returned to me untouched and still containing the condensation that was in it when I sent it. On August 14, 2023 (exactly 4 days after declining the quote), I received from FG Services (by way of ****** a watch that visually wasn't the watch that I sent to FG Services, so I took pictures of the watch that I received, included a copy of the original order form that I filled out (containing the pictures of my watch) and I emailed *********************************** I resent the same email on the 15th, the 17th and the 19th, while simultaneously chatting with Customer ********************** reps at FG Services and each person whom I chatted with stated that "no one was available to assist me with my issue and I would be contacted within 3 business days by a manager from the complaints department". As of today 8/24/23, I've sent an additional 2 emails to ********************************** and I also included ********************************** and still no reply from anyone. I also called ***************com's Customer ********************** ***** and created a case number with them (#********) and they too have promised that someone would contact me.Business response
