My experience with Web Hosting started April 20, 2023. This is my written review of Free Hosting's services that I just submitted to ***** ******  I had had a horrible time trying to find a website where I could set up a blog page, for two weeks, and I came across Free Hosting. By this time, I was completely paranoid dealing with any of these businesses, so I sent an email to Free Hosting, requesting information about their policies and what they provided for potential customers. Well, because I wouldn't be spending much money there, I guess it wasn't important for them to answer my questions, so they ignored me. I had spent so much time looking for a webpage, I needed to get going on creating my blog page and assumed it would be OK. I made the mistake by not waiting for them to answer me, because they never did and that was a big RED FLAG. While setting up my account, I also paid a fee to transfer my domain of $20, but then they sent me an email saying that I couldn't transfer my title for 60 days. I decided to cancel my account because they ignored me for four days, never answering my email, and if that's how they deal with customers, then their business ethic is lousy. So I requested a refund for the domain transfer. I just now submitted the third request for a refund from them, siting it as abuse by them, because they are basically stealing my money. They aren't entitled to that domain transfer fee because I won't be setting up a blog page there and transferring my domain to them. I've taken screen shots of all the requests I had made to them for a refund. If they don't issue me a refund, I am getting an organization to get it back for me. I will also submit a review every where I can, about their shady business dealings. I will also post on Quora and on all my social media pages how lousy Free Hosting is to potential customers and that they are crooked. Doesn't it stand to reason that they provide "free" website services because they scam people out of ....
