I booked this venue on August 30, money was taken right away. I reached out by calling the number and I got no answer. So I texted the phone number to ask questions about my booking. Someone responded to a few of my questions, then stopped. I wanted to come in and look at the space and didn't get an answer. I let some time go by and asked if I could see the space again. Someone responded saying that the venue was being shut down per city code and my booking was canceled. They said I should've gotten an email, but I never got it. Now, I have to hurry and find a new venue, and I am asking the person when I will receive my refund. They've been giving me the run around with excuses, not answering my phone calls or emails when I ask to speak to someone, and not returning my phone calls. I'm calling them and they are responding with more excuses. This has been going on for almost a month and I have yet to receive my money. I paid $380 to book the venue, and still do not have it.
