      I've been a patient of Absolutely Thin (ABT) for 6 years, since 2016. I contacted the ABT office via email on August 13th to report that I couldn't complete my monthly, progress report online because my assigned doctor was non-compliant, again, in signing off on my annual consult from July 2022. The progress report is required for a medication refill. I had already requested to be re-assigned from Dr. C********* because I couldn't get my medication refills timely, but my request was ignored. I was told on August 16th by ABT, I needed to complete my annual consult from July w/ an onsite visit at his Covid clinic. Made no sense. I went to this consult, NEVER saw Dr C*********, but I had my HIPAA rights violated by his untrained staff who never updated my online account, thus I still couldn't pay since that is the only source of payment ABT allows and I never received my prescription refill. I went home and contacted the ABT office and reported this. A week later on Aug 22nd, I received an email from ABT stating they were contacted by Dr C********* & that I received services w/o paying for them and owed $80. After all of my communications, the ABT office is reckless, can't read or just don't care, but ARE in the business of prescribing controlled substances. I went online to try to pay and they deliberately disabled my account. After complaining to ABT, I was discharged as a patient for complaining. I want a refund of my annual visit of $100 and prescription costs $50 from July, which were required to continue as a patient. No Physical exam was completed, no history was taken and no prescription was provided. I have never even met Dr C*********.

I apologize for what has happened to you and I am directing my staff to refund any fees you have paid for the past year. If you choose to move forward with us please TEXT me back at XXX-XXX-XXXX and I would like to set a phone appointment with you myself to see what we can work out to help you. I few years ago I spent many happy summers (plus grades 3 and grade 9) in Reno, NV (I am originally from Mississippi)... At that time Reno and Las Vegas competed for the largest city in the state of Nevada, but my friends at Wikipedia say that Henderson has now moved into the number 2 spot.       Last year I contacted the company *********** and no one ever answered nor cared then either. I was told to pay. This year same thing. No one answers phones and u are told to email which I have done over and over again. I was told pay which I was stupid to do. They hardly ever answer phones and I asked for an ADA ***********n and was told they would get back to me in w24 hours which never happened. They tricked me in to paying this time too. I never received the consult nor meds.
