In August I called Nu-motion for the price for a new battery for my scooter and I told Nu-Motion upfront that I haven't been to see Dr M***** in years. I was told my Health Insurance would pay for the battery and was transferred to the service department. If Nu-Motion would check their recorded call everything I said is true and correct. Humana had already approved the battery and was waiting for the Nu-motion to complete the their information. After the service man had install the battery I get email and phone calls saiding that I would have to pay $331.90 for the battery because I needed a doctor approver for the battery in order to Humana and BCBS to pay. I called to make a appointment with Dr M***** and she cannot see me until February. Nu-Motion said I needed to pay for the battery. I told Nu-Motion to come and get the battery.Business response
