RMS supervised my probation and I was payed in full. I was released a year early from probation. I was told it would take 30 days to get my refund which is over $500. I sent an email at 30 days and another one @ 50 days. I have even sent an email to their "contact us" link on their m*** website here: https://recoveryms.com/contact/ Desired Resolution: I just want my money back.Business response

• Refund Check (Check# ****) Mailed to Noted Party, **** ***, on November 12, 2021The address provided by the noted party on the Customer Information in the Better Business Bureau document does match the address where refund was mailed using United States Postal Service routing. As of this date, Check# **** has not been processed by the recipient.
