This was my first time to place an order for my new Business, with Plush in a Rush. . The order process was very easy and the order shipped within 1 day. *** messed up the shipping and the order was delayed by several days and the Plush in a Rush Family was so kind and easy to deal with, they over night shipped enough bears for me to begin making my product sets so that I would not be delayed. To top that, they even refunded my shipping charge. The best experience in ordering Ive ever dealt with. You guys are the best! Will definitely order from them again. The quality of products received was by far the best I have received. Thank you all for making this so easy. I highly recommend them. Also, when you call you actually speak to a nice person not a machine.

I found Plush in a Rush on a ****** search for graduation autograph dogs. I read the reviews and they were all great, so I decided to give them a try. I am very happy that I ordered from you. Before I placed my order, I called to ask some questions. I was greeted by a very nice person, not a machine. The gentleman answered all my questions and I felt that I had picked a good place to place my order. The website is very well organized and had good descriptions of their merchandise. It was easy to place an order. Their customer service is great with email. They answered my email very quickly and kept me informed throughout the process.The delivery was outstanding. I placed my order on Tuesday, June 6th and needed it by June 14th. I was told by email that I was going to get my products sooner than June 14th, probably by the end of the week. I was very happy to hear that. I also had a little doubt because of the distance, I am in ********** and the company is in *****. As I was told, I received my package the morning of Friday, June 9th. That made my day!! The packaging was as I requested, I didnt want vacuum sealed packs. The merchandise was as described in your website. You guys are great!!!!I know the students are going to be very happy when they get their graduation autograph dogs!!Thank you for the Colorama Bear gift. I got Bluebonnet. It's beautiful, I love it.
