    Wooden flooring was purchased from Lowe's and installed by Service Pros on Jan 14th. A total of 1800 square feet was being installed by a crew of (4) repairman. On the day of the installation on two installers showed up. I found out later they were the only installers scheduled to make the installation. I contacted Freddie and told him about the two men crew he stated he found out later they had been scheduled. He was surprised they were scheduled for such a large project (But he made no effort to schedule a larger crew) . The installation was originally scheduled for (3) days. On the (4) day of the installation the two installers stated they would not be able to removed the ceramic tile in the kitchen area we paid to have removed. We agreed because they stated it would take another additional (2-3) days to complete everything we paid to have done. We agreed only if they could level the floor in the kitchen to match the den. Plus we would be refunded for the ceramic no being removed from the kitchen floor. Over (26) bags of leveling compound used / additional cost of $2,000.00 dollars to my wife and myself! Ivan Villegas stop by to inspect the installation on the 2nd day of the installation. After they finished the installation on Jan 19th or 20th Ivan scheduled (3) appointments to inspect the floor. Feb 8th & 17th were cancelled because of COVID testing. Feb 25th - inspection made (3) area need repair. 1) Front hallway 2) Master bedroom entrance 3) Den in front of the fire place Two weeks later after calling and texting Ivan numerous time and e-mailing Jose D****** the District Manager. On March 10th (2) people crew with one box of flooring and one pack of trim were scheduled to make the repair. The installer stated they didn't have enough material to completed the repair. March 22th No follow-up repair call or text message. No credit for kitchen floor/ ice maker/ bedroom dresser which wasn't removed. 3/22/22 BBB complaint filed by ***** *****
