I hired Glass genie on June 4th to come out and do a window repair after a broken passenger window on my 2019 *** 530i. Upon arrival the tech broke the replacement glass, along with wires inside the door panel causing more damage to the car than when he arrived. The tech tried to lie and say the damage was already done ( I have detailed photos of car before arrival with no damage) and then fled the scene before when cleaning up the glass he broke inside my car. Upon talking with the business owner multiple times trying to get them to take responsibility, they did and they have now stopped answering saying they have to find a person to fix the damage but when I ask Them to just pay for the damage directly to the dealership they ghost me. And have hired an attorney and want them to fix the issue. Multiple contact attempts to the company with them hanging up on Me, stating they would not fix it and I could never make them.
