Ordered a dress on May 12. Delivery time indicated in cart was 3-5 business days. I needed a dress for my birthday celebration May 19 (7 days later). On May 14 I received order confirmation from the seller. On May 15th I inquired if the order was shipped and it was not and it was still being processed at the warehouse, so I requested to cancel. They refused. May 17 I inquired about my order again; it was still being processed ( not even packed) and they refused to cancel it again. On May 20 I inquired about my order status again and requested a cancellation. But I was refused again, even though the order had not been shipped yet. And Finally, on May 21st they sent me tracking info which only said my order was shipped but nothing about estimate delivery times or the package location. May 22 I left town. The order was delivered on May 26 ( 2 weeks after purchase). Because I away so I had to make arrangements with a friend to go get my package from my address. I also made arrangements with them to return my package. The seller also refused to provide a pre-paid shipping label, so I had to pay $6.70 and commute for a friend to return the order. Now, 20+ e-mails later and 2 days after the seller received a returned package they still have not issued a refund. In addition, their agents are trying to justify their actions and lie about my order placement date (May 13th) and that their website says delivery time is 14 days. I would have never purchased a dress which I needed within 7 days if I had to wait two weeks for it. Also, if according to the seller it takes 3-5 days only to prepare the order, why did they refuse to cancel and issue a refund before my order was even packed 2 days after purchase??? I kindly ask to take actions against this business so they can issue a full refund for my purchase plus the shipping label and inconvenience.
