Date of transaction - 2018 with lifetime warranty Geo Pro was supposed to provide foundation repair on my home and provide a lifetime warranty. I have called the company several times to have the foundation re-evaluated with no response.Initial Complaint

I have a Certificate of Warranty with GeoPro Foundation Repair transferred to me in 2013. I attempted to call the number on the warranty but, evidently, its no longer in serviceeven though there is no such recording stating thatjust disconnects after dialing. After trying to find a new number to call without success and reading all of the negative reviews on this and other websites, it appears this company dodges any inquiries or requests for honoring the lifetime warranty.Initial Complaint

Geo-Pro Foundation Repair performed foundation work on my home in 2011. Cracks, stuck **********. are starting to appear, and I was given a lifetime, transferable warranty for the work on December 21, 2011. It appears the foundation work is failing.I have tried to call them at any phone number I can locate, but none are in service. Thank you.***********************Initial Complaint

We had foundation work done on the house in 2015. The cracks have since then become much worse than it was before we got foundation work done. We have a lifetime warranty. Geopro already came back one time but now its even worse than when they had to come back. I'm starting to wonder if they have any clue about fixing foundations. Also: their office address has changed, their website was taken down and the phone number has changed. I tried the new phone number but am not getting any answer.Business response

We went out to her property on January 11th. There was no need for foundation repair at the time of inspection. We explained to the homeowner she needs to install gutters and we sent her the updated elevations.
