            I reserved my room for 2 nights through hotels.com and was charged ****** from my account ending in ****. I came to the hotel, and swiped my card for incidentals and was then charged by Baymont inn and suites of *******, ***** for ******. The young girl at the front desk was extremely rude, hung up on me over the phone and neither the manger nor the assistant manager would speak to me!!! I am on business and now overdrawn my account. The girl at the desk kept saying my charge went through Expedia and that it charged my Mastercard and I have a ***** I have been staying here since January and have never had any charges directly to the motel, nor have I ever been treated so poorly as I was today!!! I would like my money back; at least the ******! I would also like it to be known that the customer service is terrible and I was refused the option to speak to anyone or get any assistance before 10pm tonight!!! Very poor way to run an establishment and I am disappointed that it has come to this because I have really enjoyed my stays here prior! But will NEVER be back!
