      I guess we shouldve read the reviews before getting it, got to the location and was told to pay a $100 deposit after the $92 i mentioned I paid online my wife and I was told on the phone we didnt have too.. so she demanded to hold on to my ID after cussing at me and I said how am I supposed to get around without my drivers license she said not my f****** problem so I gave her my ID.. got to the room and noticed all the bugs and the stained up sheets and blanket dont smell clean.. the sheets and everything smell like vomit.. I turn on the A/C left the settings as is and the A/C ran for a few minutes and shut off.. went to call the front desk with the room phone and it doesnt even dial I called customer service and they gave me the office number I called in total 6 times while I as there and they never answered.. so I go up there and tell the lady the problem and she started yelling at me.. she gets to the room starting pressing random buttons and looks at me starts cussing at me in front of my wife and kids and blames me for breaking it shes very disrespectful.. also mentioned about the phone and the door wouldnt shut all the way and suggested me to just to use the top bolt lock to lock it and I said I cant do that especially if the door doesnt close all the way she put us in another room and as we are moving everything I try to turn on the A/C she pushes me and says if I need to turn it on or off to come get her to shut it off and on.. as we are moving everything in the new room she tells my wife to f******* hurry that she was the reason why bugs were coming in.. I told the lady not to disrespect my wife and starts yelling at me.. I called customer service told them they might as well shut down and I wanted my refund they are processing it now. My wifes face has now a allergic reaction due to the sheets and bed bugs they have infested all over the place..

      I contacted customer service to get my refund on the poor service and the way we were treated and has not contacted me..

      I booked a room with the above mentioned hotel and was unable to stay for my purchased itinerary. Upon check in, they informed me that there was a non-refundable pet deposit and weekly pet rent that was not disclosed in their booking procedures. When I questioned the procedure, the clerk got irate and told me that if I didn't like it to find another hotel. She had a sign posted stating that refunds would only be given within 5 minutes of check in and only after the guest had entered the room. I paid the deposit and rent, and went to the room. Upon entering the room, it was disgusting. There was f**** on the floor in the bathroom and when I questioned her about it, she told me that the bathrooms were not working and she wouldn't be getting anyone to check it until the following monday, 3 days away. I wasn't able to get any good photos of that because the lights also didn't work in the bathroom. I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to cancel my reservation and get my money back. She told me that she would refund the money, but I had to start the process with the online booking agent that I used to book the room. When I did that, she refused the refund and told the booking company that she wasn't going to entertain me. I want my money back and a response from the business.
