      10/5/22,Very rude and antagonistic owner, hrs open varied to point of not being able to use great deal of time. Went to appx. 20 hrs week from over 60 hrs. Per week. Owner confrontational, kicked me out when I was leaving called the cops on me, she opened up business door while I was in my vehicle getting ready to back out she smiled, waved, got my license plate #. I left as to not be enticed to engage in any wrong doing. I left called the local police to let them know I did leave, they asked me to return so I could speak with them. I did so then received criminal trespass warning about returning there in the future. As if I was ever going to. Facts are.. the owner should refund $s for such strict hrs. Of operation and denied use. The owner is rude and confrontational, she bullies and tries to bait her customers. She called the cops AFTER I had left her establishment and was leaving the parking lot. She, was trying to coax me into confrontation. What kind of business owner runs a business this way? She did state she would refund my $ but when I asked for it in writing she kicked me out and called the police. Buyer Beware.

      Customer canceled her membership 9/16/22, and was able to continue using services until 10/19/22. Since August, due to staffing shortage, our hours have been reduced (approx 45 hrs/week)and they have varied depending on availability of 1 employee. Customers were notified as well as compensated. Every time the customer visited the salon she would always talk negatively about the business to employee, and in front of other customers. She even created a false ******** account and posted negative reviews about the business. I was working when customer came in on 10/5/22. I first apologized for the inconvenience our hours had caused her, and started to try and explain the situation, however she cut me off mid sentence and told me she didnt care to hear my excuses and that I was an idiot that didnt know how to run a business. I apologized saying I was sorry she felt that way and that I was doing my best. She became even more irritated, raising her voice to say my best was ****, and that it was a piss-poor establishment. At that point, I calmly asked her to please leave the salon. She refused, slammed her hand on counter, and stated she didnt have to go anywhere. I again asked her to leave, pointed to our sign that states we have the right to refuse service, or I would call the police. She again refused, so I proceeded to call police. As I was giving police details she walked out toward her vehicle. I informed dispatch that I thought she was leaving, but then she turned around and started walking towards salon door. I quickly locked the door to avoid further confrontation, but customer kept yanking the door trying to get in. She finally stopped, walked to her vehicle and left the parking lot. I remained on phone with dispatch the entire time and informed them of the direction the customer went. After a few minutes, the customer pulled back in parking lot followed by 3 police vehicles. An officer came in to get my statement and suggested, because of customers demeanor, I fill out form to issue her a trespass warning, in which I in fact did.  The statement that Toast Yur Bunz does not offer refunds is posted on front counter as well as clearly stated in membership form that all customers are required to sign.

      I am rejecting this response because: She is flat out lying. I did not create false ******** acct. I have not spoken negatively about her or her business, I simply stated that I haven't seen owner in weeks/months
       and something about it being rather inconvenient, and with business being so sporadic, which she agreed, I was going to cancel my membership, then employee let me know that I missed the cutoff, therefore it would run thru 20th of Oct and I was free to use it until then.ok, moving forward  I had to look on ******** daily for hours almost every day and fit my tanning into her hrs of operation and would frequently upgrade my bed so in going less, I could maintain my color at a cost of $11. Per upgrade, that particular day she tried charging me $49. For that one day. She stated something about ******** and my post about questioning hrs. She is the one who was upset and back and forth. She said she'd refund me, then she said no just tan, then she said no just go and threatened to  call police ( pretty bizarre behavior) I was leaving when she called police, she opened door waved and smiled really big as though she got me, It was quite sarcastic and as though she was trying to provoke me. I left, called the police told them what happened whereas I was advised to return to the scene to give my account, so I did.they informed me that she is requesting a Criminal trespass warning be filed so I won't return. Even though my intention was never to return once I left the first time. It's a small town so it's not uncommon for multiple units to respond so for 3 units to be there sounds far more urgent than it was, they were all already near the area.  Please go on ******** to toast your buns page to see the hrs and how long this has been going on, it's been months. 

      I have a number of screenshots with dates and times of operation spanning months. Im having trouble uploading to this website.She has numerous bad reviews and complaints, and a number of ppl have cancelled due to business hrs and erratic behavior of owner.

      As per your request, please see attached sign posted on our front counter along with membership forms from previous membership,  as well as most recent membership.  We have been having a variation in hours since early August, as I stated before. Yes, it has caused an inconvenience to some customers, and some took to social media to bash the business.  I have been more than apologetic with every single one of my customers, and have tried to do what I can to make it up to them. I would never do anything like the things this complaint says I did. As I said, I was on the phone with the dispatch officer the whole time. She heard me say I was locking the door, then heard the customer yanking on it.  I also never told the customer I would refund her.

      I am rejecting this response because: She said she'd refund my $. Her version of events are untrue. I don't have a false ******** account, I had to get an account to view toast yor bunz actual daily hours. She has drastically reduced the hours I was able to use services, to the point of costing me more $ in frequent upgrade fees to maintain the current color results. Should of had access to more hrs. approximately 67 hrs per week. What I got was appx. Less than 30 hours week, since mid August  some weeks as low as 21hrs. She basically did bait and switch. 21/67  isn't acceptable. Less than half the hrs. Offered when contract was signed. The **************** from her is deplorable. Her calling the police and filing an inaccurate/false set of circumstances is terrible. She ripped me off by charging full price. She lied to the police. She's lying to BBB, she is terrible.
