I called Allied Foundation when I saw cracks in the entryway sheetrock going down the wall and across the ceiling. I spoke to their representative (Louis) who came that same day within an hour. He looked at the issues that I pointed out with the sheetrock and he also found cracks in the bricks on the exterior of the house which I hadn’t even noticed. He then proceeded to check the level of the house and found that there was at least 3/4 of an inch to over an inch in some parts of the house that were out of level. He was very knowledgeable about the issues and explained the reasoning behind all of it. He asked if I wanted him to quote on the repair which I readily agreed to considering the serious nature. The price was very reasonable compared to others that I’ve spoken to over the years whom have had the same issues. He said that he could have a crew there the same week (2 days later) to take care of the problems. I agreed and 2 days later a crew of about 6 people showed up (on time I might add) and within 3 to 4 hours had all the piers (12 total sites with 24 each) installed. They left before noon and told me they would have to wait for the city inspector to approve the work the following day before they could backfill everything and cleanup. The next day after the inspector signed off on the work they came back and backfilled all the dig sites involved and cleaned up leaving everything as they found it. They then went around and mortar filled any cracks (minimal) that might still be visible. I could not have asked for a more efficient group of people to deal with which minimized my stress level considering the nature of the work. I would highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone who was in need of this service, Thank you Allied Foundation and all the gentlemen who worked on the project, you did a great job…
