      I traded in a vehicle I purchased from *** utter ***** I had purchased an extended warranty. I first emailed ***** mid August regarding a refund for the warranty. She claims she didn't receive the email. She's claiming the odometer disclosure statement given to me by the other dealership where I traded in the vehicle isn't sufficient to show the loan is paid off. They are still saying 6 to 8 weeks when they've ignored my request the first four weeks. I have filled out and returned the form.I emailed her several times and had to call 3+ times to reach *****. She did not return my voicemail. It feels like they're trying to avoid paying the refund.

      I took my car in for a recall. They are supposed to be replacing the **** It has been there for over 6 weeks now. I can't get them to return my calls most of the time, I have been sent to a voicemail box that is full multiple times and now my service advisor is on vacation. I was told it was ready to be picked up so I told them I wanted the old part. I was told I could come on Monday, 8/7/23 and they would have to dig around and find the part. That was on Friday, 8/4/23. I called Monday and never could get a call back. I have called all week and finally talked to someone today. ********, the service ***** ******* said my car was ready and I asked about the part. She transferred me to ***. *** said the part had already been sent back to **** so I couldn't see it, but he could show me another one.

      I took my truck in to have a diagnostic test and payed repair it called for ($891 plus $109 for test). When I was called to pick it up they didn't know where my truck was on the lot and after finding it the battery was dead. We left it with them because they said the mechanic worked on it with the door open and ran the battery down?? Picked it up the next day and it was dead 2 days later. Took it back and after no callback for 2 weeks finally got ahold of someone and was told once again it was fixed. 2 days later dead again! Looked under my hood and battery was not even strapped down so it was just bouncing under hood, the bolt and rubber that holds the battery was not even under hood . When my wife called back she was told take new battery back it was bad! Tested fine!! Now since battery was bouncing around I think maybe wires got pulled loose because now truck will not run at all. Very unfriendly staff, if you are lucky enough that they actually call you back. So I'm out $1000 and in worse shape than when I first took Blake utter ford my truck!!! By the way i never could get a print out for my diagnostic test, really don't know if the $891 sensor was faulty or not..

      customer brought vehicle in to be diagnosed for an alarm event going off at times and the battery going dead, we diagnosed the truck through a scan tool that identified the motion sensors as the cause of concern. The motion sensors are to be programmed in to correctly operate, that being said it is apparent that our programming did not take. The customer took the truck in to another dealer that identified that the program did not take and programmed the truck to correct the problem. Blake Utter Ford reached out to the customer and refunded the amount they paid the other dealer to program the truck.

      What Blake utter didn't address was the battery not being bolted down properly with in turn caused me to buy a new battery and I'm still paying for repairs that were caused by my battery bouncing around because of this. So far this has cost me around $1500 more than what I payed Blake utter ford, and the other **** house I've done business with has printed out every test they have done for me, nothing but a receipt from Blake utter for work I don't even know was necessary to be honest. As I said , as a result my truck is in worse shape than when I first took it to Blake utter,

      My sister gave me her old car purchased from Blake Butter Ford years ago. Couldn't find the title in storage during a cross state move and filed for lost title. We've been informed Blake Utter never released the title though she has possessed it. Multiple attempts to communicate and resolve this issue in the last 30 days have made. Zero response from any staff member. Their negligence is becoming a burden as it creates more expenses. The cost of interstate travel multiple times, application fees, document fees, fines for non-compliance to register in a new state, unpaid personal property taxes, loss wages unable to use as transportation for my small business. Further action has become necessary and means more expenses.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/12) */ We advised the customer where she needed to call, because we do not do the buy here pay here anymore, and haven't in many years. I also followed up and left her a message on her voicemail leaving her the phone# and the name of the person that could help her. As with all paper titles in the state of Texas, when the lien is released on the title and handed to the customer, the customer has to take the title to the tag office and get the lien released and get a clear title mailed to them by the state of Texas. If the title ends up lost before customer gets it completed then they will need a release of lien to mail in with the duplicate title application. The release of lien will not be given to anyone other than the purchaser/name on the title.

      Warranty work was done on the horn several times and the problem is not resolved and they broke a piece of the steering column during that repair. I have left numerous messages for Aaron and none of them have been returned. This vehicle is a lemon!
