I Paid Pendleton Performance Automotive $2,800.00 to fix a water leak in my van that ruined my first engine, and swap a rebuilt engine into my van. They put the rebuild engine into my van without fixing the original water leak that caused my first engine to go bad, resulting in my van overheating and my rebuild engine they put in it being ruined as a result. They told me everything was fixed when I picked it up, when in actuality they had not fixed the original water leak. Then while driving it to sherman after picking it up, the engine overheated from the original water leak not being fixed by them and was damaged where it no longer worked as a result. The rebuild engine they put in it was working perfectly fine after they put it in, but since they did not fix the water leak, even though they said they did, it overheated on me going down the highway and when I pulled over there was no water in my radiator due to their careless mechanical work and negligence. I talked to the owner about it, and told him I knew they didnt fix it because before it overheated after I picked it up, the temperature gauge was acting funny. I thought it was just a wiring shortcircuit believing there was no way that they could be so incompetent to not have fixed the water leak problem. However, the truth was that they didn't bother to even fix the original water leak and ruined the $1100.00 rebuild engine I bought as a result. I asked him to honor and stand by his work, warranting it, and he wouldn't do it. I even told him that I had a warranty on the rebuild engine that they put in without fixing the water problem, so that they did not have to worry about buying me another engine, all they had to do was do their work properly and right the next time by putting another engine in it for me, and making sure they fixed the water leak. All this happened around November 27, 2021. This Company cost me a $1100 engine and another $2800.00 they charged me, and I received nothing in return.
