      I had both a water softener for the entire house and a reverse osmosis water purifier installed at my home. Once the installation was done properly - which took over a month - the house softening system has been functioning, from all appearances. Salt delivery, which was promised, has never been accomplished with any consistency or regularity. Appointment for delivery and service have been missed regularly.Now, for the 4-5 time, the reverse osmosis equipment is malfunctioning. We have already been through a flooded kitchen, a new unit being installed, and no service people- including the owner - being able to perform repair functions on the equipment.Currently, the system remains out of service, as it has been for the last 4 weeks. I had one service appointment, which resulted in no successful repairs, and the promise of a return visit to complete the job. In the past 10 days, I have receive no calls, seen no repair people, or even been give the courtesy of a return phone call. At my wits end. I have paid over $7,000 for useless equipment and have no idea who else might be able to perform this job. Culligan gets zero out of ANY stars as a rating. Please help if you can

      I contacted Culligan of ******* via web inquiry on 10/09/2022. After several no-show appointments, the owner ***************** finally showed up on 11/09/2022. We agreed on the water softener I would purchase and what the terms of financing would be, however, my driver's license was lost the day before and so he was unable to execute the contract and enter it for financing. **** called me several days later and told me he would just move it forward without my dl. I never spoke to **** again after this. They were supposed to install the equipment within seven business days. After about 14 days, I called to check the status and was told by ***** that **** would return my call with installation details, but he never did. On 11/22/2022, I received an invoice for the full price of $4,180. I immediately called the office and was advised that everything was fine and that I could disregard the invoice because it would be financed as originally agreed upon. I never heard from them again. I continued to call the office and check on the status of the installation and was advised by ***** every time that **** would call me back with details but never received a callback. On 12/20/2022, I called the office and spoke to ***** again and told him to cancel the order, as I needed the equipment immediately and because the financing was still wrong and I couldn't wait any longer. I received another invoice in December dated 12/22/2022 for the same amount. I continue to receive invoices monthly and they are increasing in amount every month - 01/24/2023 was for $4242.63 and 02/21/2023 was $4,305.26.

      We have been a customer for slightly over a year and have had nothing but horrific service. Our system did not work for nearly the entire first year, and it took months after we realized it was not to get a technician out here. Furthermore, we are still having issues due to the installation performed by someone performing plumbing services for Culligan, who was not legally able to do the work performed, i.e., tapping into our water main. Our system also lacks the capabilities we paid for, such as connecting to the app to monitor use. We have also been waiting on repairs to our foundation/slab that occurred when the unlicensed technician did the second install and caused a blowout of the foundation and masonry.
