  Im a disabled veteran and contracted a local, licensed landscaper to help me with some landscaping I needed performed (back in February of this year) because of my physical limitations, the total I paid this company is $6,100. The owner originally sent his father (Sammy G*****) and he did a terrible job on top of fraudulently selling me services and products that I did not receive or have performed. The Owner (Daniel G*****) admitted the clearly terrible job his father performed and offered to make it right regardless of the cost if I did not pursue fraud charges against his father. Ive been patient with this business this entire year, he would come out 1 day every couple of weeks and it seemed that he was making negative progress, leaving more work everytime he came, leaving a giant mess all over the place, cement blocks all over for me to trip over and nothing was ever getting done. The last day he was here performing work, he was to replant my 25 rose bushes because his dad never planted them right, they were supposed to be planted in a raised garden bed setup and instead just had high walls around them. When they dug up the rose bushes, they dug them all up with less than half of their root systems and now they are all dying, I dont think any of them will survive, a few are already falling over, everyday my yard looks worse as they slowly die more and more unable to recover the damage this company caused. A few weeks ago he gave me a sob story of why he couldnt finish the project and referred me to another landscaper who could finish everything, but I would have to pay him separately and on top of what I have already paid. This substitute landscaper didnt even show up. I have never been so disrespectfully ripped off in my entire life, this business cannot be allowed to continue ripping people off and treating people like this! I have repeatedly asked for my money back but this business is blatantly ignoring me for the last few weeks.

  Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/11/10) */ This law firm represents G***** Outdoor Services, LLC ("GOS"). Please direct all communications in this matter to my office. GOS denies all allegations made by Mr. Braun. GOS personally went to Mr. Braun's residence and repaired all the issues that Mr. Braun had against the company, furthermore he personally did over $3,000.00 of "changes" that were not in the original contact in order to resolve the issue with Mr. Braun. Mr. Braun was verbally abusive to GOS' owner & employees and has made several allegations on social media which caused us to contact him and request that he cease doing so. If you need further information or witness to the verbal abuse, feel free to contact me to discuss this matter. On the first claim that repairs were completed, that is a lie. Drive by my house and you can see how unrepaired my yard is. GOS did not perform $3,000 worth of changes, look at my yard and tell me you see over $9,000 worth of work lol Yes, I was angry in text messages because GOS stole my money. I am taking this matter to Small Claims Court, enjoy the extra legal fees. I have a plethora of audio recordings, many of which I showed to Daniel G***** when proving that his father committed fraud against me. I have a plethora of audio recordings of Daniel as well, including when hes told me multiple times that his workers have mentioned that I "treat them like kings", I have never expressed so much as a molecule of disatisfaction towards his employees, only with the owner and his father who committed fraud against me. I do not have social media, I left a Google review because GOS stole my money and performed a terrible job, just look at my yard! Google is not social media.
