I was told they could run a new sewer line to connect to the city main with no problem and it would happen in about three weeks. Four months later and many phone calls they informed me they were done and would not and could not go beyond my property line. I informed them of the need to go all the way and the city would make the final connection. The young man said the city does not know the rules and he would educate them. I contacted the companies and reminded them the line was broken further than where they stopped. I previously had root rooter out who ran a camera and found the break. The owner said it was just someone else opinion where the pipe was broken. After more calls the owner came with no apologies for his employees actions and started working on the line again. He moved the connection costing me additional money for a new tap. They left the job saying the city would be out in a few days to make the connection. I waited, .finally calling the city to be told they had informed the plumber the new tap had to be paid before connecting. In the meantime I get a bill and phone call wanting their money.funny it took 4months to do a one to two day job they promised in three weeks then were so eager to get their money before my sewer was hooked up to the city. One of the city employees said he was not surprised coming from action plumbing.
