I received the invoice this month, for services that were not invoiced or completed in 2021. First reason it wasn't completed was the 2021 big freeze and they had emergency, which left me pooping in a bucket for at least 2 months. The second reason they couldn't finish was the plumbers got COVID and they said they knew what was done and needed to be finished. The third delay was the owner was going to court. Over this period of 13 months, we have lost wages, do to no show, no calls. We have called repeatedly to schedule and no one has set a time or date. What was done in the project was they did everything in the bathroom to the septic line, the y replumbed the laundry room and put a dishwasher hose on in the kitchen. I willing to compensate their labor less the compensation for working the two days he missed, because the plumbers didn't show up. I estimate their labor billable rate to be 125. per hour for 8 hours worked, and our loss in income at 16 hours at 31.25 an hour. What wasn't done for example is, I don't have a vent in the kitchen, there are many deficiencies in the current work that is not up to code.
