I paid for a service for my window to get fixed. During this process they broke my door. Also this is a racist institution.Business response

Saturday 02/17/24 an 2006 Charger arrived at are shop with a registration sticker that had been out for two years requested us to inspect his vehicle that had a large amount of state violations because of the poor condition and age of the vehicle, we were not able to give the customer a passing inspection. We replaced the Window Regulator and Assembly upon taking off the door panel we noticed that someone had already been in the driver door panel. There was damage already done to the interior of the door panel. To help the customer we replaced his door handle at no cost to him. He became belligerent when we informed him that he needed to replace the actuator. After we finished repairing the door handle at no cost to the customer he began to cuss and scream requesting we replace his entire panel. We denied the request and kindly requested the customer leaves the premises as he was leaving he was calling us all kinds of names and used racial slurs and being belligerent making threats.Initial Complaint

I took my car to this company's other location on: Done Right Automotive, **********************, ******, TX ***** to have the emission system repaired. They replaced a part and charged me for it and the repair even though the repair didn't resolve the issue 4-26-2022. Further, they damaged the rear seat and door of my vehicle by placing one of the parts on the seat. Erica, their representative, said they would replace the seat and had it ordered. They promised to call me when the part came in. I didn't hear from them again. I took my car to an auto repair upholstery shop and they repaired it on 5-18-2022. Since Done Right Automotive didn't keep their word about repairing the damage I would like a refund for their attempted repair and the upholstery repair for a total of $544.82.Business response

The business has been with my car for close to a month, there giving me excuses on why it's taking them so long to fix,I spoke to the owner now he tells me there not able to fix it,meen while I've been wasting money on Uber to get to work and back home,they were supposed to tow back my car last week .I still haven't received my car
