The only reason why I gave them a 4 star is because nobody is perfect. Now let me say this to say that. Hail Cesar is **** near the most perfect you can get to a 5 star rating. This is the closest of anything that I have done a review on in my life that comes to **** near perfection. First, ***** greeted me at my home and did an assessment on if my vehicle meets the repair for his team. My truck qualified for the repairs. It took 3 weeks almost a month for my insurance company to get out to them to *****************. That was probably the worst about this review EVEN though it WAS NOT HAIL CESAR FAULT AT ALL. The reason I had to put that is because they kept hounding my insurance company as I did. They kept apologizing for my insurance mess **** That is why I had to put that part in there. So, when my insurance company finally came out and did their assessment of my vehicle Hail Cesar team was finally out of the blocks and running with repairing my truck. ***** stayed in constant contact with me to update me throughout my trucks stay with them. It took them only 2 weeks to repair and the best thing of all, my baby came back sparkling and detailed inside and out. It looked like a brand new truck. They did awesome and I commend them for putting up with my insurance. By the way my insurance was Progressive. So, if you have any kinds of doubts with Hail Cesar and if they will take care of your vehicle, then let me put your mind at ease. They will do a phenomenal job with it and bring it back to you better than what you gave them. I guarantee it!!!!! Thank you Hail Cesar and sorry about my insurance company.Review from JE L

Less than stellar service at a ******* area Hail Cesar facility which no longer exists...presumably a storm-chasing pop-up. Vehicle interiors were left dirty and scuffed. In one vehicle, interior parts were left uninstalled and hidden under seat. In the other vehicle, a sunvisor was rigged to stay in place until a passenger tried to use it, at which time it fell out of the ceiling and into the passenger's lap. Exterior dent repairs came out fine, but re-installing the headliner and all the related parts is apparently not their forte. The no deductible repair is attractive at first, but after they leave you in need of additional repairs due to their incompetence, with no warranty, and then skip town....it makes you question your decision to use Hail Cesar. I would definitely NOT recommend!

Ok , we found your files and the repairs were done back in 2021 , it's just super absurd to make a complaint of such magnitude 2 years later , first of all we aren't a pop up hail company as Mother Nature moves all hail companies not just nationwide but worldwide, a steady market for hail is unheard of , however we are a nationwide conglomerate that has an active 24/7 website, plus a 1800 number we don't understand why you never tried to contact us in any of this possible ways , we would've provided you with a solution even tough this allegations are almost 2 solid years over , we don't understand how broken parts can be laying on the floor of a vehicle or how it could even be possible to drive around with hanging visors or etc
We however hear you were pleased with the actual paintless hail repair that is like you mentioned. Our specialty and. Forte
We respect your point of view on your complaints but are very difficult to understand that 2 full years has to pass for you to find a problem that should've been taken care of when you received the vehicles and we we still at our old shop
Just something to think about...! Please ... ! Do try to contact us in any of the mentioned communication bridges if at all ! Possible as this is the first ever review we get of this sort on a 27 year trajectory

Thanks to Hail Cesar Auto Painless Systems they repaired all my hail damages on my Jeep! They did an awesome job! Definitely recommend! I didn't even have to pay my deductible.Review from Corey

Excellent experience with Hail Ceasar!! Professional service, schedule of work was great 👍! They gave me a due date of completion and met their date!!!!!! Great job Team!!!!! Will definitely refer friends!!!!!
