I contacted Cross Transport Compliance Services in May to help me get my trucking company up and running. On May 18th I paid $2819.00 for a logo, website, authority paperwork to be filed and monitored, IRP filing, and a training class. On August 23rd I was charged $2089.94 for IRP filing and hiring a driver. It took a couple of months and I finally received correspondence saying my IRP was taken care of. I still have not received anything from FMCSA or IRP saying my company is back in operation or my DOT number is active. I also do not have a driver. I recently reached out to CTCS and have not had any response to emails and the phone number seems to be out of order. Last week I received paperwork saying I owe money for a penalty that I did not know I was incurring due to fact that I thought my quarterly filings were being handled. I also had to pay a fine for a state I never even needed. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company since September.
