I had counter tops done today in a new construction, the guy was very sweet apologized for his error and advised he informed stone Edge about the damages. I called them and spoke with ***** who advised that I can get the repairs completed and they will pay for it. I spoke with the contractor who worked on my house, he knows I have 6 kids 2 of which very young running around and all chemicals are sitting out and needed a repair fast, I can deal with damage to the actual cabinet later but I had to fix the drain pipe they broke, to which was in the wall and needed drywall cut and replaced. The contractor is coming out tomorrow to do the repairs. Now Stone Edge is saying they'll reimburse the pipe but not the drywall as they can do it themselves but yet they can't even come out tonassess the damage until next Wednesday. I explained that doesn't work for me. When I spoke with *****, she hung up on me twice!! She laughed at me when I said the chemicals were sitting out and said " you don't have a closet" how does a new build with no enclosed closets at this time protect the chemicals from enticing the little ones to play with it? She was the rudest individual I have ever met. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said none were available the proceeds to tell me she just spoke with her operations manager. Funny how a supervisor is available to you but not to speak to me, when I questioned her on it she said she spoke with them a few hours ago...yet this dispute just transpired within the last 5 minutes before this call. Unfortunately they are not a member of the better business bureau but please I warn you, if you have the option not to do business with them don't, the company is extremely unprofessional and will tell you one thing and try and go back on their word. Please stay away!! This place is horrible, and I will make sure I continue to let everyone know how this business is ran, do yourself a favor and read reviews before you choose who you go through, I know this is who lowes uses and I should have reviewed before agreeing to let them do the work, I would have purchased elsewhere.
