Eagle Surveying uses bait and switch tactics to get individuals to pay in advance and never fulfill request. They stated it would take a week to write a verification letter but after a month I requested a refunded. They would not give me a refund because my request was not possible. If it was not possible the job should not have been accepted and no payment collected. 08/18/2022 I reached out to Eagle Surveying stating the following... "I'm looking to get a letter from a surveyor signing off stating that the lot size from the 2018 deed has not changed from the 1967 deed. Is that something yall are able to do?" I attached all of the pertinent information to that initial email ( deeds and drawings ) 08/18/2022 Jolene Pudenz responds... "We would charge $250.00 plus tax." 08/30/2022 I ask " After payment is made when can I expect to receive the verification letter?" 08/31/2022 Alesha responds "ETA is the first part of next week." 08/31/2022 I paid $280.10 09/27/2022 I ask "When should I expect a refund?" 09/28/2022 Mason Decker replies "The deeds do not match. We were hired to confirm or reject that and we did."Business response
