Dear BBB and whom it may concern. I attached a word document to explain situation since this field is limited. Thank you, *****************************

      Business response

      02/06/2024

I, ***************************** personally put in a call to the Kosalko's to find out what the claim was all bout on Thursday the 1st of February.  It did not process right away that I was the driver who actually delivered and unpacked what she allowed for us to unpack at the time of delivery.  We understand that moving can be extremely stressful and we perform with the utmost respect to everyone's time and request.  Our conversation ended with she was unhappy with how the booking agent handled her claims and responses.  That is out of my control as we do not handle that portion of the move but are made aware of it when it occurs.  The Mrs. was compensated according to her contract.  Bill of lading is attached for reference as well as proof of payment for the claim.  Also, included are the notes of times of communication regarding the relocation with all parties involved.

I am rejecting this response because:
I understand that you are just the driver at this point however if you are not responsible I need everyone involved that would be responsible. Please provide name and contact info and address that BBB has on file. Thank you.

7/19/2022. On 7/19/2022 3 movers working for Relax Relocations Inc moved my belongings into apartment **** of the ************* located at **** ** ******* **** ****** OK XXXXX. I had hired National Van Lines to move my household belongings from CT to OK, and Relax Relocations was the company that my move was brokered to for delivery in Tulsa. The movers had rented a 15' Uhaul to shuttle my items inside of the complex, and needed to go out of the complex and return with a large dresser that did not fit in the first shuttled load. I lent the movers the remote control to operate the Chesterfield's gate for this second delivery. The movers exited the complex through an entrance gate, rather than the exit gate. The gate closed and hit the back bumper of the Uhaul, because the driver of the Uhaul ( on of the movers) did pull out far enough into the street when they exited. The gate of the apartment was damaged. I was notified of the damage by the manager of the apartment complex, who had camera footage of the incident, including one of the movers taking a picture. A week later, I paid $387.85 to my apartment complex for repairs to the gate, and submitted the claim to National Van Lines, whom had brokered my move to Relax Relocations for delivery. National sent my claim to Enrique, the boss/manager at Relax Relocations, and he called me , saying weird stuff like "Karma is going to get me, he knows what I did" . I had spoken to Enrique on 7/19, after I learned of the incident, and he was trying to cajole me over the phone to "accept responsibility", for his movers accident. Enrique's numerous calls to me were not pleasant. I have been following up with National Van Lines for over the last two months, but have not yet received reimbursement $387.85 for the damages to the gate. National has told me that Relax Relocations would mail the check on 9/30, and verified my address, but I still have not received a check.
